V type slurry control ball valve owns a V-notch cut plug to product wedge-shaped shearing action between the V-notch cut and seat when the valve closed, and to realize the function of self-cleaning and prevent the blockade phenomenon caused by the dirt between plug and seat. The valve is suitable for not only the common liquid, but also the medium of control system, swage, fibrous and small solid particles.
V type slurry control ball valve is matched with pneumatic or electric actuator together to compose the auto-control pneumatic control valve or electric control valve, which easily meets various auto-control requirements for flow, temperature, pressure in the industrial auto-control system including electric power, petroleum, metallurgy, and papermaking.
¡ïThe protective inner parts: These inner parts are made of hardening and abrasion resistance materials to fully protect the body, rotary shaft and bearing.
¡ïThe pipeline and flange are protected: The special seal ring can guide the flow speed to farthest avoid the pipeline erosion caused by flow. The diameter of valve is same as that of the inlet and outlet of pipeline to prevent the unexpected leakage, high cost repeatability work and the flange surface caused by the ladder flow. Besides, the inlet and outlet flange surface of valve is also protected by hardened inner parts.
¡ïThe longer service life: In reverse flow situation, high flow speed of reduced diameter surface is controlled in the seal ring of the valve outlet. Compared with other valves, the fluid of the valve outlet and the wall of seal ring keep a special parallel to realize minimum flow erosion. Longer service life should be realized by choosing multiple hardening, abrasion resistant materials.
¡ïEasy to replace inner parts: It ensures that the valve can be maintained at the predefined maintenance time, and can use the body again in the repeated normal operation cycle.
¡ïEasy to install: Inner diameter of flange on body is same as that of pipeline to make body and pipe flange be easily aimed at the axis to avoid the flange surface erosion.
¡ïExcellent fluid control: The accurate hydrodynamic contour of V-notch cut ball provides An approximate EQ% flow characteristics, The valve is matched with the minimal motion loss actuator to ensure the unusual process control.
¡ïFast and simple maintenance: all inner parts are not the gaskets and screws that are exposed to the process fluid when fixed.
¡ïIntegration structure: The body and its flange is a casting without weld, O-ring, and ultra long bolt.
